The DeWitt Farmers Market is a big, small town market! Held every Thursday from May through October, it's a weekly destination for both locals and out-of-towners. Here you'll fine locally grown produce, delicious baked goods, handcrafted items, and so much more. Every week has a different theme including Apple Fest, Kid Biz Day, Pet Day, and more! Located in a city park with a playground, we are very family friendly. Kids can stop by our book giveaway table to pick out a free book each week.
Fudgy brownies warmed with cinnamon and a tiny kick of cayenne.
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp salt
Make it
Heat oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch pan.
Melt butter, stir in sugar, then eggs, then cocoa, flour, spices and salt.
Bake 22 to 25 minutes until the center is set; cool before cutting.
