Crown & Roots Farm is a vegetable and cut flower farm located in Oxford, MA. We grow diverse vegetables and fresh cut flowers for our community. We sell our product at farmers markets in the Worcester County area, wholesale to food hubs, and partner with chefs who are interested in bringing local produce into their restaurant kitchens.
Golden cauliflower with cumin, turmeric and a squeeze of lime.
Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, cut in florets
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 lime
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Make it
Heat oven to 425°F. Toss cauliflower with oil, spices and salt.
Roast 25 minutes, turning once, until browned and tender.
Squeeze lime over and sprinkle with cilantro.
