Nasturtium Herb Butter

A peppery, confetti-bright butter for warm bread, corn or grilled fish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 8 nasturtium flowers, chopped
  • 4 nasturtium leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • Pinch of flaky salt

Make it

  1. Stir flowers, leaves, chives, zest and salt into the butter.
  2. Roll into a log in parchment.
  3. Chill 30 minutes, then slice onto warm food.
