Recipe to try at home

Chicken Parmesan

Crispy breaded chicken cutlets baked under marinara and bubbling mozzarella.

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, halved into cutlets
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Make it

  1. Dredge cutlets in flour, egg, then panko mixed with parmesan.
  2. Brown in oil 3 minutes per side and move to a baking dish.
  3. Top with marinara and mozzarella and bake at 425°F 12 to 15 minutes until bubbly and chicken reaches 165°F.
