Buttermilk Pancakes
Fluffy, golden pancakes that taste like a slow Saturday morning.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Make it
- Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl and buttermilk, eggs and butter in another.
- Fold wet into dry until just combined; a few lumps are fine. Rest 5 minutes.
- Cook 1/4 cup scoops on a buttered griddle over medium heat until bubbles form, then flip and cook until cooked through.
