Grilled Pineapple with Lime Sugar
Caramelized pineapple spears with a zesty lime and brown sugar sprinkle.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe pineapple, cut into spears
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 lime, zested
- Pinch of chili powder
- Pinch of salt
Make it
- Mix sugar, lime zest, chili powder and salt.
- Grill pineapple over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side until marked.
- Sprinkle with lime sugar while warm.
