Crispy-edged potatoes tossed with garlic, rosemary and parsley.
Ingredients
2 lb baby potatoes, halved
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped rosemary
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
Make it
Heat oven to 425°F. Toss potatoes with oil, rosemary and salt.
Roast cut side down 25 to 30 minutes until browned.
Toss with garlic and parsley in the last 5 minutes.
