Strawberry Lemonade

Bright, fresh lemonade blended with ripe summer strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 5 cups cold water
  • Ice
  • Mint sprigs to serve

Make it

  1. Blend strawberries with 1 cup water until smooth.
  2. Stir sugar into lemon juice until dissolved, then combine with the berry puree and remaining water.
  3. Serve over ice with mint.
