A sparkling mix of summer fruit tossed with lime, honey and garden basil.
Ingredients
2 cups cubed melon
2 cups grapes, halved
1 cup blueberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 lime, zested and juiced
1 tbsp honey
8 basil leaves, thinly sliced
Make it
Combine fruit in a large bowl.
Whisk lime zest, juice and honey and pour over the fruit.
Toss gently with basil and chill 15 minutes before serving.
