Honey Fermented Garlic Dressing

A sweet, mellow vinaigrette made with garlic infused honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper

Make it

  1. Stir garlic into honey and let sit 10 minutes to mellow.
  2. Whisk in vinegar and mustard, then slowly whisk in olive oil.
  3. Add chives, salt and pepper; refrigerate and use within 1 week.
