The Arden-Arcade Certified Farmers’ Market (sometimes known as the Country Club Plaza Farmers’ Market) is one of the longest-running certified farmers’ markets in California and continues to provide customers with affordable, delicious, groceries from local producers!
A punchy green sauce of parsley, oregano and garlic for grilled anything.
Ingredients
1 cup packed parsley
2 tbsp fresh oregano leaves
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
Make it
Finely chop parsley, oregano and garlic by hand or pulse briefly.
Stir in olive oil, vinegar, pepper flakes and salt.
Rest 15 minutes before spooning over grilled meat or vegetables.
