Strawberry Spinach Salad

Tender spinach, sliced berries and toasted pecans with a honey poppy seed dressing.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

Make it

  1. Whisk oil, vinegar, honey, poppy seeds and a pinch of salt.
  2. Toss spinach and strawberries with the dressing.
  3. Top with pecans and goat cheese.
