Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Juicy roasted pork tenderloin with a tangy-sweet mustard glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Make it

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Season pork with salt and sear in oil on all sides.
  2. Mix mustard, syrup, rosemary and garlic and brush over the pork.
  3. Roast 15 to 20 minutes until 145°F, then rest 5 minutes before slicing.
