Smoky, sticky chicken thighs brushed with sauce at the end so they never burn.
Ingredients
8 bone-in chicken thighs
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup barbecue sauce
Make it
Rub chicken with sugar, paprika, garlic powder and salt.
Grill over medium indirect heat, covered, 30 to 35 minutes, turning once.
Brush with sauce for the last 5 minutes and cook until thighs reach 165°F.
