Mexican Hot Chocolate Brownies
Fudgy brownies warmed with cinnamon and a tiny kick of cayenne.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp salt
Make it
- Heat oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch pan.
- Melt butter, stir in sugar, then eggs, then cocoa, flour, spices and salt.
- Bake 22 to 25 minutes until the center is set; cool before cutting.
