Microgreen Power Smoothie

A green smoothie with fresh microgreens, pineapple and banana.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower or pea microgreens
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Make it

  1. Rinse microgreens and add to a blender with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth and bright green.
  3. Serve right away while cold.
