Recipe to try at home

Mocha Hot Chocolate

Rich cocoa and coffee warmed together for a cozy afternoon mug.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream to serve

Make it

  1. Whisk cocoa, sugar and salt into milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add chocolate and coffee and stir until steaming and smooth; do not boil.
  3. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream.
