Whipped Feta with Hot Honey
Creamy whipped feta drizzled with spicy honey, made for scooping with pita.
Ingredients
- 8 oz feta
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Warm pita to serve
Make it
- Blend feta, cream cheese, oil and lemon juice until very smooth.
- Warm honey with pepper flakes for 1 minute.
- Spread feta in a bowl, drizzle with hot honey and serve with pita.
