A creamy, cooling mango and yogurt drink with a hint of cardamom.
Ingredients
2 cups ripe mango chunks
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup cold milk
2 tbsp sugar or honey
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
Ice
Make it
Add mango, yogurt, milk, sweetener and cardamom to a blender.
Blend with a handful of ice until frothy.
Pour into glasses and dust with a little extra cardamom.
