Overnight Oats with Berries

Stir it tonight, grab it tomorrow: creamy oats topped with fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • Pinch of salt

Make it

  1. Stir oats, milk, yogurt, chia, syrup and salt together in a jar or bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Stir, loosen with a splash of milk if thick, and top with berries.
