Recipe to try at home

Yogurt Parfait with Honey Granola

Layers of thick yogurt, honey-toasted oats and juicy seasonal fruit.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups sliced fruit
  • Pinch of salt

Make it

  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Toss oats, nuts, honey, oil and salt, spread on a sheet and bake 20 minutes, stirring once.
  2. Let granola cool so it crisps.
  3. Layer yogurt, fruit and granola in glasses and serve right away.
