Basil Lime Fruit Salad
A sparkling mix of summer fruit tossed with lime, honey and garden basil.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed melon
- 2 cups grapes, halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 8 basil leaves, thinly sliced
Make it
- Combine fruit in a large bowl.
- Whisk lime zest, juice and honey and pour over the fruit.
- Toss gently with basil and chill 15 minutes before serving.
