Icy blended watermelon with lime and garden mint for hot afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon cubes
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 to 2 tbsp sugar or agave
  • 1 cup cold sparkling water
  • Ice

Make it

  1. Blend watermelon, lime juice, mint and sweetener until smooth.
  2. Strain if you like it extra smooth.
