Turmeric Kitchen

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken thighs
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt plus 1/2 cup for raita
• 2 tsp tandoori or garam masala
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 cucumber, grated
• 4 naan or flatbreads
• 1/2 red onion, sliced

Make it

1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, spices and 1 tsp salt for 30 minutes.
2. Broil or grill 6 to 7 minutes per side until charred and 165°F; slice.
3. Mix cucumber into yogurt with salt and roll chicken, onion and raita in warm naan.
