Nasturtium Herb Butter
A peppery, confetti-bright butter for warm bread, corn or grilled fish.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 8 nasturtium flowers, chopped
- 4 nasturtium leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- Pinch of flaky salt
Make it
- Stir flowers, leaves, chives, zest and salt into the butter.
- Roll into a log in parchment.
- Chill 30 minutes, then slice onto warm food.
