Honey Lavender Latte
Espresso and steamed milk sweetened with a floral honey lavender syrup.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp dried culinary lavender
- 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Make it
- Simmer honey, water and lavender 2 minutes, steep 10 minutes, then strain.
- Heat and froth the milk.
- Stir 1 to 2 tbsp syrup into each espresso and top with milk.
