Mango Habanero Wings
Crispy baked wings tossed in a sweet, fiery mango glaze.
Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup mango, chopped
- 1/2 habanero, seeded
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Make it
- Pat wings dry and toss with baking powder and salt. Bake on a rack at 425°F 45 to 50 minutes, flipping once, until crisp and 165°F.
- Blend mango, habanero, honey and lime and simmer 5 minutes.
- Toss hot wings in the glaze and serve.
