BBQ Chicken Pizza
Tangy barbecue sauce, shredded chicken, red onion and cilantro on a crisp crust.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Make it
- Heat oven to 475°F and stretch dough on an oiled pan.
- Toss chicken with 2 tbsp sauce; spread remaining sauce on the dough and top with cheeses, chicken and onion.
- Bake 14 to 16 minutes until bubbly and the chicken is hot (165°F); finish with cilantro.
