Honey Fermented Garlic Dressing
A sweet, mellow vinaigrette made with garlic infused honey.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt and pepper
Make it
- Stir garlic into honey and let sit 10 minutes to mellow.
- Whisk in vinegar and mustard, then slowly whisk in olive oil.
- Add chives, salt and pepper; refrigerate and use within 1 week.
