Banana Pudding Cups
Layers of homemade cooked vanilla pudding, ripe bananas and soft wafer cookies.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 cups vanilla wafer cookies
- Whipped cream to top
Make it
- Whisk milk, sugar, cornstarch and yolks in a saucepan; cook over medium, stirring, until thick and bubbling for 1 minute.
- Stir in vanilla and chill 30 minutes with plastic on the surface.
- Layer pudding, bananas and wafers in cups and top with whipped cream.
