Honey Roasted Pears with Yogurt
Tender honey-roasted pears spooned over thick yogurt with toasted nuts.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup toasted walnuts
Make it
- Heat oven to 400°F. Set pears cut side up in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with honey, butter and cinnamon and roast 25 minutes, basting once.
- Serve warm over yogurt with walnuts and pan juices.
