Lemon Olive Oil Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Make it
- Heat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round pan.
- Whisk sugar, eggs, oil, yogurt, zest and juice; fold in flour, baking powder and salt.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
