A punchy green sauce of parsley, oregano and garlic for grilled anything.
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano leaves
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
Make it
- Finely chop parsley, oregano and garlic by hand or pulse briefly.
- Stir in olive oil, vinegar, pepper flakes and salt.
- Rest 15 minutes before spooning over grilled meat or vegetables.
