Honey Ricotta Toast

Ingredients
- 4 thick slices country bread
- 1 cup whole-milk ricotta
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of flaky salt
- Cracked black pepper
- Handful of fresh thyme leaves
