Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes
Crispy-edged potatoes tossed with garlic, rosemary and parsley.
Ingredients
- 2 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
Make it
- Heat oven to 425°F. Toss potatoes with oil, rosemary and salt.
- Roast cut side down 25 to 30 minutes until browned.
- Toss with garlic and parsley in the last 5 minutes.
