Roasted Chickpea Snack
Crunchy, smoky roasted chickpeas for snacking or topping salads.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and dried well
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
Make it
- Heat oven to 400°F. Toss chickpeas with oil on a sheet pan.
- Roast 30 to 35 minutes, shaking once, until crunchy.
- Toss with spices and salt while hot and cool to crisp further.
