Fig and Honey Flatbread
Sweet figs, creamy goat cheese and honey on a crisp flatbread.
Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 6 fresh figs, sliced (or 1/2 cup fig jam)
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 1 cup baby arugula
Make it
- Heat oven to 450°F. Spread goat cheese on flatbreads and top with figs, onion and rosemary.
- Bake 10 minutes until edges are crisp.
- Drizzle with honey and finish with arugula.
