Overnight Oats with Berries
Stir it tonight, grab it tomorrow: creamy oats topped with fresh berries.
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup mixed berries
- Pinch of salt
Make it
- Stir oats, milk, yogurt, chia, syrup and salt together in a jar or bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Stir, loosen with a splash of milk if thick, and top with berries.
