Ginger Honey Tea
A soothing mug of fresh ginger, lemon and raw honey.
Ingredients
- 2-inch piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 3 cups water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 sprig fresh mint (optional)
Make it
- Simmer ginger in water for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and honey.
- Strain into mugs and add mint if you like.
