Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sliced green onions
Make it
- Season chicken and sear in oil 5 to 6 minutes per side until browned and 165°F.
- Lower heat, add garlic for 30 seconds, then honey, soy and vinegar.
- Simmer 2 to 3 minutes, turning chicken to coat, and top with green onions.
