Ingredients

  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
