Buttermilk Pancakes

Fluffy, golden pancakes that taste like a slow Saturday morning.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Make it

  1. Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl and buttermilk, eggs and butter in another.
  2. Fold wet into dry until just combined; a few lumps are fine. Rest 5 minutes.
  3. Cook 1/4 cup scoops on a buttered griddle over medium heat until bubbles form, then flip and cook until cooked through.
