Black tea simmered with warm spices and milk for a fragrant, cozy cup.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 4 cardamom pods, cracked
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 thin slices fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey

Make it

  1. Simmer water, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger for 5 minutes.
  2. Add tea bags and milk and heat until steaming, about 4 minutes.
  3. Strain into mugs and sweeten to taste.
