Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Sticky, sweet and savory skillet chicken with a glossy honey garlic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Sliced green onions

Make it

  1. Season chicken and sear in oil 5 to 6 minutes per side until browned and 165°F.
  2. Lower heat, add garlic for 30 seconds, then honey, soy and vinegar.
  3. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes, turning chicken to coat, and top with green onions.
