Honey Glazed Carrots
Tender carrots in a glossy honey butter glaze with fresh thyme.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb carrots, sliced on an angle
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt
Make it
- Simmer carrots, water and a pinch of salt covered for 6 minutes.
- Uncover, add butter and honey, and cook until liquid becomes a shiny glaze.
- Toss with thyme and serve.
