Oven Baby Back Ribs
Fall-off-the-bone ribs slow baked, then glazed and broiled until sticky.
Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
Make it
- Heat oven to 275°F. Remove the membrane and rub ribs with the spice mix.
- Wrap tightly in foil and bake 2 1/2 hours until very tender and well above 145°F.
- Unwrap, brush with sauce and broil 3 to 5 minutes until bubbling.
