Ginger Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry

Juicy shrimp and snap peas in a light ginger garlic sauce, done in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups snap peas
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Make it

  1. Stir soy sauce, cornstarch and 2 tbsp water together.
  2. Stir-fry shrimp in hot oil 2 minutes until pink and opaque; remove. Stir-fry vegetables 3 minutes.
  3. Add ginger, garlic, sauce and shrimp and toss until glossy and shrimp is cooked through.
