Smashed avocado on toast piled high with peppery fresh microgreens.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup radish or broccoli microgreens
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Flaky salt
