Turkey Chili with Beans
A hearty, weeknight chili of ground turkey, beans and warm spices.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cans (15 oz) beans, rinsed
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 cup chicken broth
Make it
- Brown turkey with onion and pepper, breaking it up, until no pink remains (165°F).
- Stir in spices, tomatoes, beans and broth.
- Simmer 25 minutes, season with salt, and top with cheese or sour cream.
