Warm cinnamon apples under a crunchy oat topping, best with ice cream.
Ingredients
- 6 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 6 tbsp cold butter, cubed
Make it
- Heat oven to 375°F. Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon in a 10-inch skillet.
- Rub oats, flour, brown sugar and butter together into clumps and scatter over.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes until apples bubble and topping is golden.
